In January 2020, the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the outbreak of the Coronavirus, COVID-19, to be a public health emergency of international concern. The pandemic presented uncertainty and significant changes to our daily routines characterized by lockdowns, physical distancing, and quarantine measures. These factors amongst others added by the fear of contracting the virus have had an adverse impact on our mental health. We need to take better care of our mental health in these times.
