Tiny is an early career researcher from Zimbabwe. He holds a master’s degree in Community Psychology and a bachelor’s in Psychology. Currently, he is the Learning and Accountability Officer for Friendship Bench Zimbabwe. For his PhD, he aims to adapt an intervention from the “WHO guidelines for mental health at work” for non-specialist mental health workers in Zimbabwe. For this, he is going to be working with Friendship Bench mental health workers as his case study. Through this work, Tiny hopes to contribute towards the mission of creating a nation whose workplaces promote and protect the mental health of their personnel. He is enrolled under the Department of Applied Psychology at the University of Zimbabwe.
